A private assessment built around your business

Find the AI tools worth using in your business.

Get a personal report showing what to use, what it costs, how long setup takes, and where to start.

45-minute interview. 3 to 7 tool recommendations. Four-day action plan. 30-minute review.

You know AI could help. You do not know what to buy.

So the work stays the same. Your inbox fills up, meeting notes go untouched, follow-ups slip, and another week disappears into admin.

You save tools you never set up.

Every recommendation sounds useful until you have to choose a plan, connect it to your work, and decide whether the setup is worth the time.

The expensive work looks ordinary.

Ten minutes on email. Twenty minutes rewriting meeting notes. Another follow-up copied by hand. Small tasks quietly eat the week.

Generic advice leaves you with homework.

“Use AI for email” is not a prescription. You need the tool, price, setup time, first step, and expected benefit in one place.

A short list built around your actual week.

No directory of trendy tools. Every recommendation starts with work you already do and ends with a specific first step.

YOUR PRIVATE ASSESSMENT

3 to 7 pain points. 3 to 7 tools. Zero guesswork about where to begin.

For each tool, the report shows the problem it addresses, current price, setup difficulty, estimated setup time, expected weekly time saved, and why it fits your business.

We research the options after your interview and manually check every recommendation before you see it.
One-page summarySee the main time drains, the expected upside, and the strongest place to start without reading the full report.
Impact-versus-effort mapSee the quick wins, the larger projects, and the tools that would create more work than they remove.
Tool-by-tool prescriptionsKnow what to buy, what it costs, how hard setup is, and the first action to take.
Your first four daysFour small setup actions, each designed to take roughly five to ten minutes.
Financial-impact estimateSee the estimated value of time returned after monthly tool costs, with every assumption shown.

Two calls. Seventy-five minutes total.

A 45-minute discovery and a 30-minute review. We handle the research, comparison, and report between them.

Walk us through yesterday. Tell us what you repeat, what you dread, where work piles up, and what you have already tried to automate.

We leave with a recording and transcript
Our work

Research the right-sized tools

We pull out 3 to 7 pain points, compare off-the-shelf options, and reject software that is too expensive or complicated for the job.

Every tool is checked for fit and effort
Before the review

Read the report first

Your report arrives before we meet again. You can inspect the prices, setup steps, time estimates, and four-day plan without taking notes on a call.

The document is yours to keep
30 minutes

Choose what to do first

We walk through every recommendation, answer your questions, and rank the first tool you want to set up.

You finish with a clear next action

The report tells you what to do now, later, or never.

Every option is scored by impact and effort. The useful tools rise. Expensive distractions fall away.

Plan next

Major projects

High-impact opportunities that may require process redesign, an automation, a custom skill, or a dedicated agent.

Lower priority

Small improvements

Low-impact, low-effort options that may help later but should not distract from the strongest opportunities.

Ignore

Bad tradeoffs

Low-impact, high-effort tools that create more setup and complexity than the problem deserves.

What your assessment includes.

45-minute discovery interview

We record how your day works, where time disappears, and which problems keep returning.

3 to 7 researched tool prescriptions

Each recommendation includes price, setup difficulty, setup time, estimated time saved, and the first step.

Your personal assessment report

One-page summary, impact-effort map, recommended tools, larger projects, financial estimate, and next steps.

Your four-day action plan

Four small actions so the report does not become another document sitting in a folder.

30-minute private review

We answer your questions and choose the first tool to implement.

If the assessment fits your business, we will confirm the scope and next steps on the mapping call.

Straight answers.

What exactly do I get?

A 45-minute discovery interview, 3 to 7 researched tool recommendations, a personal assessment report, a four-day quick-start plan, a financial-impact estimate, and a 30-minute review call.

How do you choose the tools?

We identify your pain points from the interview, research proportionate off-the-shelf options, score opportunities by impact and effort, and manually review the recommendations before delivery.

Do you implement the recommendations?

No. This product is the assessment only. Tool setup, custom automations, AI skills, agents, and the Applied Leverage fleet install are separate services.

Are the time-savings estimates guaranteed?

No. They are estimates based on the time burden you report, the tool's stated capability, expected implementation, and assumed adoption. The report shows the assumptions instead of presenting them as guaranteed outcomes.

When do I receive the report?

We agree on the report-delivery date when the discovery call is booked. The report is emailed before the 30-minute review call so you can inspect it first.

What happens if I need more help afterward?

You can implement the quick wins yourself, ask us to scope implementation separately, or discuss an Applied Leverage fleet install if the opportunity requires a company-specific system. None of that is bundled into the assessment.
