How it works

We don't hand you a tool. We build you a team.

A custom AI agent fleet, pre-trained on your business, with memory that reasons, running on the AI you already pay for. Useful day one, not after months of corrections.

The build

From your org chart to a working fleet.

Four moves take you from "I need help" to a team that's online before you wake up.

Map the roster

We turn your org chart into an agent roster: a specialist profile per role, each with its own memory and skills. Not one generalist stretched thin. You see exactly who's on the bench before we build.

Pre-train on your business

Before go-live we seed each agent with your offers, pricing, client history, SOPs, and voice. It's useful on day one, not after months of you correcting a generic model that never learns.

Wire it into where you work

Same agents, every channel: Slack, Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, email. Full tool access: code, web, files, browser, scheduled jobs. No new app to learn. It shows up where you already are.

Let it compound

The fleet writes its own playbooks from experience and refines its memory overnight. It gets sharper the longer it runs, at zero extra cost. The team you own appreciates instead of depreciating.

The build, in detail

Every stage, start to compounding.

Eight stages, and you hold the gates. You sign off the blueprint before we build. The server is hardened before a single agent touches it. Nothing goes live until you say it's calibrated. Branches run in parallel, the rest loops back until it's right.

Built around your business. Not borrowed from someone else's.

Every agent knows your offers, your clients, your voice before it sends a single message.

The stack

The three pieces that make it run.

Honcho, for memory

Not store-and-retrieve. Every message triggers background reasoning that extracts insight, resolves contradictions, and tracks how your business changes over time. It gets smarter overnight, at zero runtime cost.

A custom fleet, for the work

Self-improving, multi-platform, provider-agnostic. Routes premium reasoning where the work is hard and lean models where it's routine, on the subscriptions you already pay for. One specialist profile per role.

Your own server, for ownership

The fleet, the memory, the playbooks all live on infrastructure that's yours. No per-seat tax, no rented cloud. The more it runs, the more it's worth.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How is this different from telling ChatGPT what to do?

ChatGPT waits for prompts. It has no durable memory of your business, no real tool access, no specialization, and no place inside your operating system. This is an embedded fleet with persistent memory, trained on your workflows, wired into your tools, and built to carry work forward without you babysitting every step.

Do I need to understand AI tools or manage the technical setup myself?

No. We build, harden, integrate, and calibrate the system. You bring the business context, the existing tools, and the problems worth solving. We handle the chrome.

What does the system run on, and am I locked into one AI provider?

It runs on your own dedicated server and connects to your preferred AI subscriptions. The setup is provider-agnostic, so you are not trapped inside one model vendor, SaaS seat, or rented chatbot wrapper.

What happens to sensitive company data, client records, and internal files?

The system is built around a dedicated hardened server, private mesh access, no public ports, key-only login, and an encrypted vault. Your data stays inside your infrastructure instead of getting sprayed through random tools.

Can it make mistakes, and how do we stop it from doing damage?

Yes, AI can get things wrong. So we do not start by letting it fire live rounds. It runs in shadow mode first: drafting, checking, and proposing before anything customer-facing or operational gets shipped. Once calibrated, it self-checks before execution.

How long before it starts doing useful work in the business?

Day one. The agents are pre-trained before go-live, so the first session is not a blank chatbot asking what your company does. The early wins usually come from repeatable work already clogging the operator's day.

What does this cost, and why is there no price listed here?

The build depends on the roles you want covered, the tools we need to wire in, and how much operational surface area the fleet has to own. That gets mapped on the call. No fake three-tier pricing theater.
