Execution second
Your AI agents team. Built in 4 weeks.
Once the right move is clear, the Sprint is where the machine gets built. In 4 weeks, we install the first agents and workflows that take recurring load off the founder. Status badge: 🔒 Soft Launch — Waitlist Only
System position
This is stage 4 of the same system.
The Sprint is not a separate offer bolted onto the side of the business. It is the implementation layer of the same system:
- Assessment for readiness
- Workbook for self-audit
- Diagnostic for expert prioritization
- Sprint for build
If the build target is already clear, the Sprint is the right move. If it is not, use the earlier stages to get clarity before paying for implementation.
You are not buying more advice. You are moving from prioritization into installation.
THE PROBLEM THE SPRINT SOLVES
You know what to build. You're not building it.
You might already have your Automation Priority Map from the Diagnostic. You know what to build.
The question is: are you going to build it?
Most operators don't. Not because they're not motivated — because:
- They get one week in and hit a configuration wall
- The scope creeps because they're learning as they go
- The week fills up with client work and the build slips to "next week"
- They have no one to call when they're stuck
The Sprint removes every one of those blockers.
WHAT THE SPRINT IS
Four weeks. Three dedicated AI agents. Your business runs differently on the other side.
4 weeks. 3 dedicated AI agents. 1 operator who's done it before.
This is not a course. There are no modules to watch at 2am.
Every week, we build one dedicated AI agent together. Each agent is designed around a specific function in your business — something that currently requires your time, attention, or judgment to run. By the end of the sprint, that agent runs it instead.
By the end of week 4, you have a running agents team — not a plan, not a video library, not a Notion doc. Three live AI agents that change what your week looks like.
THE 4-WEEK STRUCTURE
The four-week build.
Week 1: Agent 1 — Your Highest-Leverage Move
We start with the agent that frees up the most time or unblocks the most revenue. This is the one that pays for itself fastest. We design it, build it, and deploy it in week one — because momentum matters.
Week 2: Agent 2 — Your Delivery Agent
Most operators have a delivery step that requires their personal involvement every time. Week 2 is about finding that step and handing it to a dedicated agent that handles it without you.
Week 3: Agent 3 — Your Follow-Up Agent
Lead follow-up, client check-ins, onboarding sequences — the things that generate revenue but require consistent execution. Week 3 builds the agent that does this without you.
Week 4: Stabilize and Handoff
We review all three agents, fix edge cases, document what was built, and set up monitoring so you know when something needs attention. You finish the sprint with a team, not just a tool.

Qualification
Is the sprint the right starting point?
This is for you if…
- You've completed the Agent OS Diagnostic (or equivalent audit)
- Agency owners and consultants at $5K–$30K/month
- You know what you need to build — the Sprint is execution, not discovery
- You want someone in the room while you build, not a course to watch alone
- You're ready to actually change how your operation runs
This is not for you if…
- Operators who haven't identified what to build yet (start with the Diagnostic)
- Anyone looking for "done for you" — this is done-with-you
- Beginners without an active client base
Decision block
$3,500 flat. Soft launch waitlist only.
The sprint is not discovery. It is implementation once the highest-leverage move is already clear.
PRICING AND CREDIT
$3,500 flat.
No monthly fee. No "maintenance plan." You pay once, you get the sprint, you own the agents.
Diagnostic credit: If you completed the Agent OS Diagnostic within the last 30 days, your $297 applies as a credit. You pay $3,203 at Sprint enrollment.
SOFT LAUNCH — WAITLIST
The Sprint is in soft launch. Applications are reviewed manually before space is opened.
There's no firm launch date yet. Waitlist members will be contacted first — before any public announcement — when space opens.
No commitment required. You'll receive an invitation when a cohort opens.
WHAT COMES AFTER
For operators who complete the Sprint and want ongoing support, Agent OS Operations launches later in 2026.

Not available yet. Sprint alumni get first access.
FAQ
Common questions.
Do I need the Diagnostic first?
It's strongly recommended. The Sprint is execution — it assumes you know what to build. If you don't have a Priority Map yet, start there.
What tools will we be using?
That depends on your stack and what you're building. Common tools include N8N, Make, Claude API, and various CRM integrations. You don't need prior experience — that's what the sessions are for.
Can I do the Sprint without the Diagnostic?
In limited cases, yes — if you've done an equivalent audit and have a clear list of what to build. Message me and we can assess fit.
What if I fall behind?
We adjust. The schedule is a guide, not a contract. If a week slips, we adapt. The goal is a working agents team, not a rigid timeline.
What's the refund policy?
If you complete week 1 and decide the Sprint isn't right for you, I'll refund the remaining weeks, prorated. No cliff edge.
